My Three Suns
My Three Suns is one of our newest vacation rentals to join the New Wave. This lovely home is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home that sleeps 10 guests. This home is on stilts and underneath has a gorgeous private cocktail pool that is perfect for relaxation after long days at the Port Aransas beach. Surrounding this private pool there is tons of seating with a large outdoor Tv and mini fridge, as well as a gas grill making this the perfect hang out for family and friends! Enter this home and find yourself in the open living, dining room, and kitchen making it a great place for your crew to gather and enjoy your vacation together. There are two bedrooms with king beds and one with an en suite bathroom. There is also a bunk room with a double over double bunk bed. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV to help you unwind after long days on the Port A beach.
Dolphin Cove
If you are looking for a larger home with a private pool with room for kids, family, and friends the Dolphin Cove home is a perfect fit. This home is a 10 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom that sleeps 24 guests. This home has a large private pool that is perfect for enjoying those long summer days. Grab a float and step into the backyard and enter paradise! enter the two-level screened porch you will be able to spread out in the ten bedrooms, with four separate entrances that are all connected within the screened porch. You can make the sleeping arrangements the best for your group! On the gulf side of the porch and courtyard are two masters with king size beds and private baths. A living area with a TV separates the two. Upstairs, you will find a king in one room, and two twin bunks in the other. On the laguna side, the living, dining, and chef's kitchen encompass the whole first floor. The kitchen has 2 microwaves, 2 ovens and an 8 burner stove, with everything you need to cook your meals. Upstairs, find another king bed and a twin/queen bunk. The carriage houses over the garage contain two queens, two twins, and a twin over queen bunk. You will find free high speed wireless internet and TV's in every room.
Beers and Sunshine
Perhaps you are wanting a large grassy yard for the kiddos or fur babies to play in with the bonus of a private pool, we have the house for you. Beers and Sunshine is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home that sleeps 10 guests. This home is located close to town and the beach, it offers a large lush grass fenced in backyard as well as its very own pool! There is also a large outdoor patio near the pool to sit under and get some shade and enjoy watching the kiddos or pets playing in the yard or pool while grilling on the gas or charcoal grill this home has. As you enter the front door of Beers and Sunshine you are greeted by a large open floor plan with a seaside feel. The living room has a comfortable sitting area with plush sofas and lounge chairs. With a SMART TV included you can relax after a day in the sun and watch your favorite movies or TV shows. Visible from the living room, is a spacious dining/kitchen area. The kitchen includes a refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, glass top stove, disposal, Keurig, blender, granite countertops and uniquely designed tile background.
