The adjacent dining and kitchen area feature granite countertops, and a uniquely designed tile backsplash. This house is amazing. You have the perfect set up if you want to hang at the pool all day while cooking. You can also enjoy the AC if your looking for a movie day. Its close enough to all the shops but far enough out where you don't have to deal with all the traffic. This is our second year here and look forward to many more.

Enjoyed the stay. Definitely will visit again. The only downside was, during our visit we had individuals show up during our stay to change the air filter and clean the pool. Which I think could have happened before our stay or after since we only stayed a 3 days and we weren’t messing.Other than that the stay was perfect!

Great place to stay in old Town.
It would be nice to have check in a little earlier and the landscapers should have mowed before we got there. The grass was really tall.
Over all, I would highly recommend staying there.

This home has everything a small group needs. Great location, a pool, amazing AC in the home, clean, and helpful staff if you need anything. Construction was going on next door during our stay. Workers were on ladders and easily looked in the backyard the entire time while kids were swimming or ladies were swimming. I’m sure in a few months when construction is completed anyone staying there can do the same. Some privacy would be nice. If check was moved to 3 instead of 4 would help tremendously. Other than that this place is fantastic.

Great house, it has everything so don’t even need to leave unless going to the beach. Has bbq pit, bar area, outdoor lighting and pool. The house was clean and the AC worked perfect. Loved that you could pull under the house to keep trucks and golf cart dry from the rain showers. The pool was a little warm and the lights didn’t work but we just got extra bags of ice each day to cool it down. Overall, we will definitely be back to stay at this property.

Great home to vacation at. It’s in an ideal location. The backyard is key to this place. Has covered pool deck with plenty of outlets and shade. The entire property was fantastic and the group loved it. I will warn you, a home is being built next door so at times it can become loud or uncomfortable. Construction workers staring into the backyard as u swim, which new homeowners or guest will be able to do the same. The backyard will have no privacy in the next few months.

We stayed here for a beach getaway on Memorial Day weekend. The home was very clean and decorated beautifully. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool, and loved the fenced yard so our husky could enjoy the space with us. The amenities were very generous (full kitchen and laundry areas with clean appliances, plenty of linens, plus starter packs of essential toiletries and coffee). The air conditioner worked great, and we had plenty of hot water for showers even with five adults in our group.
This home is located just a few blocks from the main swimming beach, and is walking distance for lots of shops and restaurants.
The New Wave Vacation Rentals team was very easy to communicate with, and sent clear instructions for accessing the property so we were able to get settled in easily after arriving. I would definitely stay here again!

Our family has stayed in airbnbs at Port A at least 6 times and this was by far the best. On day one we arrived and there was no pack and play nor high chair contrary to what was advertised. However, upon notifying our host, they delivered them to us within an hour. Two days later, the lawn was mowed and the pool got a little dirty. Again, we notified the host and the pool was professionally cleaned the very next morning.The home was great, the location was super convenient to shops and restaurants, our stay was great, and the New Wave team were next level! Can’t wait to stay here again in the future.
