Our Beers and Sunshine home offers a private pool, large backyard, close to town and the beach. Perfect for the guest who wants to enjoy the finest Port Aransas has to offer. Spend the day relaxing in the private pool and enjoy this homes large outdoor patio that's perfect for hanging out with friends and family while using the gas or charcoal grill! The beach is just a short distance away making it easy to get the best of both worlds, and with a outdoor shower beach clean up is easy at this home! This three bedroom, two bath house will amaze you with its extraordinary coastal décor and attention to detail.
As you enter the front door of Beers and Sunshine you are greeted by a large open floor plan with a seaside feel. The living room has a comfortable sitting area with plush sofas and lounge chairs. With a SMART TV included you can relax after a day in the sun and watch your favorite movies or TV shows. Visible from the living room, is a spacious dining/kitchen area. The kitchen includes a refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, glass top stove, disposal, Keurig, blender, granite counter tops and uniquely designed tile background.
Light pours into this expansive, luxurious great room. Tile throughout the home blend beautifully with the elegantly appointed high end furnishings.
Beers and Sunshine has three bedrooms with two full size bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a plush king size bed with a flat screen TV and private en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom offers a plush queen size bed with flat screen TV. The second full size bathroom is shared with the guest bedroom and bunkroom. The bunk bedroom is a twin over twin and full over full bunkbeds.

This home has everything a small group needs. Great location, a pool, amazing AC in the home, clean, and helpful staff if you need anything. Construction was going on next door during our stay. Workers were on ladders and easily looked in the backyard the entire time while kids were swimming or ladies were swimming. I’m sure in a few months when construction is completed anyone staying there can do the same. Some privacy would be nice. If check was moved to 3 instead of 4 would help tremendously. Other than that this place is fantastic.

Great house, it has everything so don’t even need to leave unless going to the beach. Has bbq pit, bar area, outdoor lighting and pool. The house was clean and the AC worked perfect. Loved that you could pull under the house to keep trucks and golf cart dry from the rain showers. The pool was a little warm and the lights didn’t work but we just got extra bags of ice each day to cool it down. Overall, we will definitely be back to stay at this property.

My family of four stayed at this location for three nights in July. It was child friendly, safe, super clean! The pool was maintained very nicely, and provided the perfect setting to make lots of family memories. Highly recommend!

Great home to vacation at. It’s in an ideal location. The backyard is key to this place. Has covered pool deck with plenty of outlets and shade. The entire property was fantastic and the group loved it. I will warn you, a home is being built next door so at times it can become loud or uncomfortable. Construction workers staring into the backyard as u swim, which new homeowners or guest will be able to do the same. The backyard will have no privacy in the next few months.

We stayed here for a beach getaway on Memorial Day weekend. The home was very clean and decorated beautifully. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool, and loved the fenced yard so our husky could enjoy the space with us. The amenities were very generous (full kitchen and laundry areas with clean appliances, plenty of linens, plus starter packs of essential toiletries and coffee). The air conditioner worked great, and we had plenty of hot water for showers even with five adults in our group.
This home is located just a few blocks from the main swimming beach, and is walking distance for lots of shops and restaurants.
The New Wave Vacation Rentals team was very easy to communicate with, and sent clear instructions for accessing the property so we were able to get settled in easily after arriving. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay in old Town.
It would be nice to have check in a little earlier and the landscapers should have mowed before we got there. The grass was really tall.
Over all, I would highly recommend staying there.
