This gorgeous house has an amazing out door area with a cocktail pool, mini fridge, sink, and outdoor tv. This is the prefect place to hang out with friends and family. With tons of seating and a grill you can cook out and hang out all day long! The fun doesn't stop there, head up stairs and enter the home and find yourself in the open living, dining room, and kitchen making it a great place for your crew to gather and enjoys your vacation together. There are two bedrooms with king beds and one with an en suite bathroom. There is also a bunk room with a double over double bunk bed. Each bed room is equipped with its own TV to help you unwind after long days on the Port A beach.
With tons of great amenities this home has everything you need to have the perfect beach vacation and make memories to last a life time!

We had a great time! The beach house is super close to the beach (5 minute cart ride). And, this year, a beach chair/umbrella rental location was set up right when you go in on the access road. Perfect! We could just cruise back and forth from the beach house to the beach. I have two teenage girls and we loved the private pool! It was well used, and naturally the girls figured out the optimal times to work on the tan. The beach house was comfy and New Wave was great to work with! We like this location and will definitely stay there again on our annual Port A trip.

We had a wonderful stay at “my three suns”!! Can’t wait to go back. Nice and smooth check in process. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great communication with property manager. Perfect stay for families!! Love the cocktail pool, just the perfect size to have a great time after beach time.

Enjoyed this home very much. 4 adults and 3 kids and we were very comfortable! Home was very clean and well kept. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the grill/outside TV. Convenient to beach and shopping. We had a great time and will use New Wave again!

This house was perfect! We had three couples and there was plenty of room. We did bring a boat and the parking was tight but they worked with us and made it work. We will definitely rent from this company again.

This house had everything we needed during our stay. It was very clean which was lovely. We enjoyed the location and being able to drive a golf cart from the house. New Wave was able to deliver the cart to us and made everything very easy! Will return

Nice, cozy unit that was only a couple of blocks from the beach! This rental is really great for families, especially those that can’t stay out on the beach too long and need a sun break. We would get back and forth through the golf cart (def recommend renting through New Wave, you get a discount plus it is there by check in). I think the highlight is the pool area with a deck that is always shaded - it was great to still have pool time and be outside! The only feedback I would give is that the unit is really more for 6 people comfortably if your group is mostly adults. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
