You are welcomed to spacious living room with two couches and two arm chairs, where you can sit back and enjoy a movie night with your family or catch up on your shows. As you keep exploring the house you will see the kitchen and dining area, the dining table seats eight people. The kitchen is an open set with stainless steal appliance. There is a half bathroom on the first floor with a stackable washer and dryer. The beautiful wood finish ceiling and coastal décor make this home amazing!

The first bedroom you will see is a queen bed with its own full size bathroom and a mini fridge. There is a stairway that will you lead you to the second floor where you will see a hallway with a vintage stereo, printer and reading books. The second bedroom is queen bed with a baby crib and rocking chair. There is a jack and Jill bathroom that is shared with the third bedroom. The third bedroom is a twin over queen bunk bed. Want your own privacy? Well don't worry the fourth bedroom is secluded by an upstairs breezeway with a queen bed. It has its own full-size bathroom, a spacious living room, dining table that seats four people, a mini fridge and a balcony with a beautiful view!

The outdoor area has a screened porch, a fire pit, propane BBQ grill and an outdoor shower. You can set up your cornhole boards and play bags while the entire family while you roast marshmallows or cook out.

**4 minutes from miles and miles of Sandy Beaches for walking, biking, jogging, building sand castle, horseshoes, shelling, and the best sun bathing you can find. Also available nearby are beach rentals for surfing, sailboarding, jet skiing, and so many other ways to have fun . . . . . OR, just lay on the beach and relax!!

2 minutes from the local super market, Beach Access 1A and the new Arnold Palmer Golf Course

Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below:

1) Casa Seaesta VW18 provides 3 paved parking spaces in the driveway. If you rent a golf cart there is a small space where the golf cart can fit. Properly planning the correct number of vehicles prior to your departure will enhance your vacation experience.

2) Parking Tags will be provided by New Wave Vacation Rentals.

3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of VW 18. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways

4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk

5) Towing will be strictly enforced
