This lovely town home is a 3 story Italian Style Villa with high-end finishes throughout. Perfect to have family and friends around while you enjoy each others company in coastal luxury. Come take a load off and get Reel Deep into relaxation! Two patios that overlook the green area and pools. Yes! There are two pools and two hot tubs.
Carport, parking for up to 4 cars, 4th bedroom is a mother in law/guest bed and bath separate from the main house with own entrance, Large master with private patio, walk-in closet and EnSite bath with soaker tub, shower, and double sinks, on-demand hot water heater. This house has an amazing second bedroom with a spacious queen size bed and gorgeous décor. Down the hall for there this home also has beautiful bunk room with a full over full bunk bed and a twin pull out trundle. With large TVs in each bedroom, this makes it easy to relax before bed after a long day at the beach having fun in the sun. Easy access to the beach right down 1A. Golf cart friendly.
