Imagine coffee each morning looking at the sunrise, and then getting an amazing sunset each evening over the canal each evening from your private rooftop patio. This outdoor area features a kitchen with a gas grill, tables and chairs for al fresco dining, and panoramic views of the city, ocean, and marina! Feel free to suntan or read a book while all your worries melt away. When your not using the outdoor spaces, you will enjoy the contemporary decor and modern amenities. This deluxe getaway features a wonderful, well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and a breakfast bar, a dining table for eight, and a sunlit and inviting living area with comfortable furnishings, a wall-mounted, flat screen TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies, and sliding door access out to the furnished balcony. You'll also find a quiet nook with a desk and chair - perfect for remote work or schooling. You are able to spread out and have some quiet time while here. The 3 bedrooms all have En-Suite bathrooms and are nicely spaced with two on the 2nd floor and another one on the ground floor.
Our guests will also enjoy access to on-site amenities including a shared outdoor pool, and poolside hot tub. We also feature high-speed WiFi, and an elevator for ease of bringing all your items into the home. If you need more places to sleep, you can find a double sofa-bed in the living area. There is limited mobility marina slips available for rent through the Ship Store in Island Moorings.

Beautiful place! Loved the marina and all the amenities. Beautiful waterfront views and close to the beach and town. Loved the rooftop area but would be nice to have a restroom on the roof.

Nice house with plenty of space and equipped with a great kitchen. If you like to cook and consider yourself a foodie you will enjoy two kitchens “ one in the 3rd floor and one in the rooftop” and all the cookware you need to prep , cook and create great meals for the family. This home also provides a nice view of the backside of the island. Views of the airport and skydivers nonstop as well as a marina view. Good place to escape and only about a mile away from the beach.

Everything was as advertised. A complete success. Place was clean and we had everything we needed. To my surprise, the kitchen was very well equipped. It is clear the owners are well versed in the kitchen. The knives were sharp, plenty of pots and sauté pans and the grill is terrific! We had all the small utensils to make our great meals. They even had a micro plane!
