Take a load off at this costal find located just 5 minutes from the beach! Here you can enjoy a luxury feel with granite countertops and a full set of stainless steel appliances. While dinner awaits you can gather around the kitchen bar to enjoy a drink... or two... before sitting down at the table for your evening meal. Venture to the living area where there is a sleeper sofa, love seat and oversized armchair ready for you to relax and enjoy your favorite show on the 60" TV. Once your evening has to come an end you can make way to the bedrooms upstairs. Here you will find a comforting master suite with a king bed, smart TV and an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom is located across the hall with a full-over queen bunk bed and a smart TV. Right down the hall you will find the guest bathroom that includes a walk-in shower! This townhome accommodates 8 guests with it's hospitality of two bedrooms, a queen sleeper sofa located downstairs and a full-size sleeper sofa located upstairs.
Step out back and enjoy the ocean air on your personal fenced in patio. This outdoor patio is equipped with two lounge chairs and a gas grill perfect for you to grill your off-shore catches on. You can even lounge at a resort-style communal heated saltwater pool with a waterslide and shallow entry. (The pool is open year-round and heated from November to April.) Take a stroll just 5 minutes from the home to locate the breath-taking coastal shore. Make your way into town for restaurants, shops, and entertainment located only 1.5 miles away.

-Designated parking for 2 cars in the spaces labeled 503. The garage is not available for guest use.
-Additional guest parking spots are available directly across from the townhome on a first-come, first-serve basis.

We went at the very end of the summer and Port Aransas was very busy it was nice to be able to cook at the condo and relax. Once the 3 year old was ready to head to bed the teenager was able to head to the pool and swim.

From the moment we booked our trip to the moment we left, there isn't a complaint we have about anything. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and helpful. We decided to stay an extra day and the process for doing so was simple and easy.
The property itself was clean and everything worked as it was supposed to. If I had to pick something to complain about, I would say I wish the top deadbolt on the front door was easier to lock/unlock, but that's really the only thing that comes to mind. The air conditioning was cold and worked without an issue, the beds were comfortable, the showers were great, and the location is superb. This property is located pretty much as central as you can be in Port Aransas. There's almost nowhere you can't be in within a 5-7 minute golf cart ride. The easy convenience of getting anywhere within minutes was highly appreciated.
Also, the pool for this property was amazing. The temperature was excellent for our April trip, warm but not too warm. The slide provided endless entertainment and the pool area was clean and nothing was falling apart.
All in all, there is nothing we disliked about the entire experience and look forward to coming back again.

Awesome vacation rental! We liked the community pool and had a great time being able to choose the beach or pool during our stay. Great rental everyone in our group was able to enjoy, defiantly recommend!

This house was beautiful, clean, and looked recently renovated. My family and I had a great time staying there and are likely to book again. The beach is only 2 blocks away, and the rental has a hose out front to wash off. If I could recommend anything, it would be to have a broom to clean up and something in the closets to put clothes in.
