Welcome to our coastal retreat nestled within the serene Village Walk Community!

Upon entering the main level, you'll be greeted by an expansive open-concept living space encompassing the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Sink into the plush comfort of the living room's inviting furnishings, including a flat-screen TV, a cozy couch, two armchairs, and a chaise lounge chair—an ideal spot for unwinding with the family after a sun-kissed day at the beach. The fully-equipped kitchen is stocked with all the essentials for creating delicious meals, complete with coastal-inspired kitchenware. Gather around the spacious dining table, perfect for accommodating gatherings of 6–8 guests.

Retreat to the master bedroom, featuring a luxurious king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom boasting a rejuvenating walk-in shower. Upstairs, discover two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with two queen beds and a twin/twin bunk bed—sharing a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom. Each room is equipped with its own flat-screen TV for added comfort and entertainment.

Tucked away from the main house, you'll find a secluded studio above the garage serving as the fourth bedroom. This private space features its own entrance and is furnished with a king-sized bed and a cozy sectional in the sitting area, all complemented by flat-panel TVs and satellite programming.

Step outside onto the porch to find a charming bistro table on the covered front porch, inviting you to enjoy your morning coffee amidst the tranquil surroundings. In the side yard, a BBQ grill awaits alongside patio chairs, perfect for indulging in al fresco dining with loved ones. Take a dip in the heated/cooled swimming pools or simply bask in the coastal ambiance from the porch or side yard, enveloped by the soothing sounds of the sea breeze. "Let the waves hit your feet, and the sand be your seat at Casa Verde."

1) Casa Verde VW43 provides 3 parking spaces. (1 in garage and 2 outside) Properly planning the correct number of vehicles prior to your departure will enhance your vacation experience.

2) Parking tags will be provided by New Wave Vacation Rentals.

3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of VW43. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways

4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, or RVs are allowed in Village Walk

5) Towing will be strictly enforced
