Welcome to Beach Life, time wasted at the beach is time well spent!
This beautiful town home is a 3 story Italian Style Villa 4 bedroom and 4 full size bathrooms with high-end finishes throughout the home. This is coastal luxury for the entire family to enjoy, so come kick off your shoes and put your toes in the sand. When you enter Beach Life, you are welcomed to a open concept living space with a love seat and two love seats with a flat screen smart TV where you can relax and watch your favorite shows or enjoy a movie night with the entire family. You will be amazed with how spacious the fully equipped kitchen is along with a dining table to seat 6 along with 3 barstools. You can find a spacious master bedroom with a king sized bed , a full size bedroom, a queen size bedroom, and twin over twin bunk bedroom that is perfect to wind down after a long day at the beach. There is smart TVs in each bedroom. There is a private patio with a beautiful view facing the pool where you can wake up and sip on your coffee and relax and listen to ocean. There is two community pools and two hot tubs along with a firepit to roast marshmallows, lounge chairs to enjoy the sun, and a dining area with a propane grill to cookout for the entire family. The best part of the community pools is one side has a volleyball net, and family fun can be had enjoy this amazing privacy fenced outdoor set up. The carport has parking for up to four vehicles and a spacious size garage where you can play cornhole the family.

The rental was very nice and as expected. Unfortunately, we had to leave early as we were closing on a house in Austin that was not anticipated at the time I rented this get away. We had a great time and the weather was great the whole time we were there.
