Welcome to The Skiff House! A brand new build with amazing views, private cocktail pool, and plenty of room for fun all summer long!
This home has four bedrooms and three baths. It has two master style rooms with large king beds and a great view from your bed with access to the porch from each room. The third room has a queen sized bed that is perfect for getting a full night's rest after a long day of fun in the Port A sun! There is also a bunk room perfect for kiddos with two twin over twin bunk beds and one single twin bed. This room also has a smart TV to keep the kids entertained before bed!
Entering this gorgeous living room, there is a large, smart flat screen TV mounted on the wall and a brand new couch that has a recliner built in and cup holders. There is space for the whole gang to get together and hang out. The living room has an open floor plan to the kitchen and dining area. There is a large dining room table that can seat six people to enjoy dinner, games, or lay out some hors d'oeuvres. This kitchen has all new appliances including a coffee maker that is both for K cups and drip coffee. There is tons of storage space in this kitchen and it will make you excited to cook on your vacation! The living, kitchen, and dining space have wrap-around windows making it easy to get a great view of the sunset or sunrise.
Head outside and enjoy the private cocktail pool where you can sit and enjoy a drink and cool off on those hot summer days. There is plenty of driveway space at this home making hanging outside and playing games with family and friends a must!

The whole family loved our stay at the house. We will definitely stay there again. The pool was a hit at the end of the night with the glowing lights.

Everything was great. Definitely a new build and missing a few things I would add ASAP such as iron/board and lamps in the rooms with tvs in all bedrooms. But stay was delightful and we look forward to staying again

The house was beautiful and very nice and clean. The only issue we had was the WI-FI had some issues.

The house was very nice, pool was a little smaller than i thought it would be but we still enjoyed it. Wish the house was located on the side of town that you could drive golf cart rentals to the house property maybe Port A will reconsider driving restrictions to that side of the highway especially with the growth of the city. Overall was a very good stay. Thank you.
