Welcome to the Sea of Tranquility! Once you walk into this home, you will forget all your worries and enjoy the sweet sounds of the sea. You can land right on the sofa and put your feet up and feel as though you were meant to be right here! The open concept home has everything you need to cook for your entire group and indulge in their own home cooked meals including a built-in ice maker which makes plenty of ice to fill your coolers (including to-go bags), a touchless faucet, wine fridge and large pantry to store all your items out of sight!
This home is equipped with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 queen sized fold out couches. Every bedroom has a connected bathroom making privacy a breeze. Premier furnishings are featured in each room, with TVs in the living area and each bedroom, plenty of lounge seating, and dining space for everyone. If you would like some quiet time -- you can send the kids to watch some tv, but have them head upstairs to the extra living room! There is plenty of seating and even the couch turns into an extra bed. The patio in the back makes the perfect location to enjoy a meal on the charcoal grill while listening to the ocean waves. You can connect to our heated/cooled community pool by going through the back gate. Heading upstairs after an amazing day on the beach you will find two additional master suites - so perfectly decorated and enough room to store everything you brought with you.
Your pet is welcome to make this trip with you - this home is pet friendly!
Before traveling to Port Aransas, please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below:
1) The unit gets 3 assigned spots, extra vehicles cannot park in open spots. There are two guest parking spaces (one on each side of the complex), but guests spots are not guaranteed and are first come first serve basis.
2) Parking in front of the unit (in front of the gate) is prohibited, this is a fire lane that must remain clear. The spots for Sea of Tranquility are labeled with reflective paint as Unit 101
3) Trailers and large trucks are not allowed by HOA rules.
4) Towing will be strictly enforced

We really liked this rental but were disappointed in a couple of things. We were only there for 3 nights so we didn’t contact the property manager and just made the best of it.
- The downstairs was a little too warm and seemed to have a difficult time getting cool. We slept in the downstairs bedroom and it was uncomfortably warm the whole time. The family members that stayed upstairs on the 2nd floor said the air blew super cold upstairs and they were really cold upstairs. It was strange that the upstairs was so much cooler than downstairs, it’s usually the opposite.
- the pool on the property was in pretty bad shape. It looked like it was overdue for a clean. We didn’t use the pool due to uncleanliness concerns. We understand that sand in the pool is common but the water was green and there was algae on the pool walls with strange looking foam on top of the water.
I will add that the unit was very clean when we arrived, the rooms are nicely decorated, and the rental is well equipped.

The house was a perfect getaway for us. Close to the beach and anything you need in town. This house was set up to be the perfect home away from home. Best highlight was the ice machine. Definitely will plan another stay here.

The home from day one was every bit of perfection. It was clearly new, kept clean, all appliances worked, AC was strong and kept everyone comfortable. Everyone had such a great experience, even my dog who’s typically nervous by nature. Instead she felt at home immediately. We’ll definitely be back next summer if available.

I was looking for a place that had “adult” beds in each room. Sea of Tranquility filled that requirement and so much more! When we arrived we were walking through water from recent rains and were tracking it into the house. I called the office and explained the issue. In less than 30 minutes extra rugs were delivered. The house was so well equipped. Everything we needed in the kitchen including a blender and hand mixer! The wine fridge was an added bonus. Beds were comfy with soft sheets. There were plenty of towels. Everyone agreed that this should be our location for next thanksgiving.

This property was perfect for our family vacation. We have small kiddos and it was very spacious and accommodated all our needs. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of bedding and blankets. Location was perfect for the beach access and to local restaurants. Rental company was AMAZING! I’m so glad we were able to rent a golf cart directly from them. While on the beach it broke down and we called them and they came immediately and replaced it. They communicated very well and were very quick to respond to any questions. Will be staying here again!

3 couples, each had separate bathroom which was nice. Kitchen was well set up and had all we needed to get set up. We didn't use the pool but it was convenient. The beach was a short drive. All the restaurants and attractions were a short drive. Super location and lovely, comfortable home. Definitely a winner and perfect place for our stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. House very well laid out and roomy. Beds were great! Lot of amenities that were not even listed. Well stocked kitchen. Bath in every BR. Great pool and great location. Can't go wrong here.

We love this place! It’s our 3rd time to stay here. The location on 11th Street is close to the beach as well as all the shops & restaurants in town. The beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, it’s decorated nicely, nice & roomy and the ice machine is a nice addition.
