Nestled in a grove of palm trees at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Sea Side Sunrise offers a stunning retreat less than a two minute walk to the beach. This three-story Key-West style home features two master bedrooms, with king-sized beds and en suites, a bunkroom and a privacy suite downstairs with its own entrance and bathroom. Sea Side Sunrise is a luxurious and elegant seaside retreat in highly sought-after Mustang Royale. Each bedroom in this home has high-speed wireless, its own Smart -TV and closets on the second and third floors. The second and third floor bedrooms each have direct access to large sea-facing decks with ocean views from the top floor and gentle warmth of the Gulf breeze. Sea Side Sunrise has been designed to create a true 5-star resort style experience for guests.

The top floor features a driftwood inspired master bedroom, complete with an ensuite bath, luxury spa-shower and natural stone-topped vanity. A large closet means you won't be tripping over luggage or searching for that special outfit during your trip. The master has its own entry onto the ocean-view filled balcony. The kitchen and living areas are also on the top floor and open up to the palm trees and Gulf of Mexico through a large floor-to-ceiling glass sliding door. The living room contains a large sectional with seating for seven, as well as a huge television and eco-friendly fireplace for movie nights. The kitchen is fully equipped, with coffee makers, cookware, commercial blender and ample tableware. The luxury Italian stove includes a full convection oven. There is a microwave, dishwasher, wine storage and full refrigerator. Dining is al-fresco on a large table on the deck, complete with seating for ten and island with barstools for those quick-bites.

The second floor features two bedrooms and guest facilities. First, a complete master suite with a king sized bed and bath/tub-shower combo at the end of the hall. There is also access to the second-floor seaside deck, comfortable seating, closet space and the sounds of the ocean. Next, there is a bunk-room with barn-door entrance near the stairs. This room features full-XL bunk perfect for kids. The bunkroom is tastefully finished with reclaimed teak wood from antique fishing boats and has its own closet and access to the second-floor decks. There is a bathroom in the hall which includes a translucent stone-vanity, rainfall shower and luxury fixtures. Next door is the guest laundry, with a full-sized stacked front-loading appliances. The second floor boasts two large decks, the first bayside deck is where you can catch the glorious sunsets and the second seaside deck has a view overlooking the palm trees and water features of the neighborhood.

The ground floor has a garage-game room, featuring a tournament quality table-tennis set and bar seating. Just open the garage door, let the breeze in and the fun begins! Going through the game room, there is a second entrance to the first-floor privacy suite with a surf-inspired privacy suite with a queen-sized bed, bathroom with a vanity body-jet shower and its own entrance.

Sea Side Sunrise features a fully-fenced and landscaped backyard, that backs up to a private fishing pond, palm trees, a covered back patio with seating and a serving area. There are two charcoal grills, great for those backyard cookouts, picnic tables, and plenty of boogie boards in storage for those fun times in the surf and an outdoor shower for when you get back from the beach. It is a short walk or golf-cart ride to the community pool and cabana. The driveway parks two vehicles and a golf cart. Boat or RV parking is not permitted in Mustang Royale.
