Sea Side Sunrise is a luxury and elegant seaside retreat built in 2023 that is nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac in highly-sought Mustang Royale. Relaxation will be the only thing on your mind in this tranquil, art-filled beach house. This three-story, four bedroom, four bathroom Key West style retreat features ocean views from the third floor decks, beautiful palm tree views from the second floor deck, and harbor views from the back deck. There is a private community boardwalk to the beach that is just a short walk or golf cart ride from this exquisite rental. Each bedroom in this home has its own bathroom, Smart -TV, and closets on the second and third floors. The second and third floor bedrooms each have direct access to their large decks so no need to worry about missing a sunrise or sunset. Sea Side Sunrise has been designed with anything and everything you could want in a vacation home, it will make you feel like you are at a 5 star resort.

On the first floor of this home you will find a mother-in-law suite with its own private entrance. A queen sized bed and large flat screen Smart TV will help you unwind after a day at the beach. This suite has its own bathroom complete with pebble - floored spa shower that will make you never want to leave!

Head upstairs to the second floor and see the unique art, design, and décor of the main home. The second floor features a master suite, complete with king bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub and spa-shower. On this floor you will also find a bunk room with a full over full bunk beds, flat screen TV, and a door straight out to the deck. Just a few steps away there is a bathroom with an overhead rain shower to bring the full spa experience to your vacation. There is also a guest laundry facility, and lots of closet space!

Make your way up to the third floor and find the second master suite also with a king sized bed, flat screen TV, and its own ensuite, complete with full body spa-shower, access to the top floor deck, and giant closet.

The top floor also houses the spacious living room and open concept kitchen that share ocean views through a large w all of glass windows. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and utensils, and features an Italian stove and convection oven. There is a Keurig coffee maker and built -in wine refrigeration to make sure your nights and mornings are perfect. The kitchen island features additional seating for six, with plenty of room for serving and making memories.

The living room has an L shaped sectional and cozy electric fireplace to gather with friends and family and spend the evenings chatting and unwinding together. Above the fire place is a movie-theater sized 84" high definition Smart TV-perfect for entertaining or simply listening to music. A giant patio dining table has room for everybody on the balcony, so you can eat while listening to the gulf breeze in the palms, and the waves gently washing the shore.

Sea Side Sunrise has a fully fenced grass backyard complete with two picnic- style BBQ grills (charcoal or wood), and picnic tables. There is a covered space under the backyard patio that has a granite top for food, making drinks, or simply placing appetizers. Just around the corner you will find an outdoor shower for washing off those sandy toes after walking home from the boardwalk to the beach, or taking a dip in the community pool.
