This house has it all and the heated pool is right next door!! All you need to do is come & enjoy this spacious 5 bedroom home in a gated community. Amenities galore! You want it? We have it!!
Beautiful stained concrete floors abound the main level, while warm wood floors cover the second level. Master bedroom with bath on main level and 4 additional bedrooms, and 2 more baths upstairs. Great for multiple families!!
When you need a break from the sand and surf, you can play a game of ping pong in the garage. The kids have a great area in the second living room-Bumper pool table, flat screen/DVD, mini-fridge, wet bar, and a dinette. Feel like staying in longer?? You can lounge on the couches and watch a movie on the 70' smart tv, or play any of the board games. There is also Ladder Golf and Bean Bag Toss. The larger kitchen is well stocked so that you can easily prepare meals for you group and seat up to 14. You can even cook outside with the charcoal grill. There is also a custom patio with a fire pit area. You won't want to wait to book your next stay with us. This is a pet friendly rental.

**4 minutes from miles and miles of Sandy Beaches for walking, biking, jogging, building sand castle, horseshoes, shelling, and the best sun bathing you can find. Also available nearby are beach rentals for surfing, sailboarding, jet skiing, and so many other ways to have fun . . . . . OR, just lay on the beach and relax!!

Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below:
1) The Friday Life VW26 provides 4 paved parking spaces, 2 in the driveway and 2 in the garage, for 4 vehicles. If you rent a golf cart there is a small space where the golf cart can fit. Properly planning the correct number of vehicles prior to your departure will enhance your vacation experience.
2) Parking Tags will be provided by New Wave Vacation Rentals.
3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of VW 26. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways
4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk
5) Towing will be strictly enforced

The house exceeded our expectations. It fit 12 of us comfortably. Had everything we needed toiletries, plenty of cookware, a huge freezer and fridge to fit all our groceries. We loved being right next door to the pool. The quiet hours were just right. The bedrooms were great as each one had a TV. My family can't wait to come back. I loved the layout of the house and the 2 car garage.

We had SUCH a great time with our family here! Right next to the pool -- tons of great outdoor areas. Our favorite was the firepit and the lighted beautiful walkway at night. We will definitely be back to The Friday Life

Great house. The 4 full baths, and the half bath downstairs were a plus! Beds were comfortable. Being right next to a heated pool was great for the kids. Loved it! Would stay there again.

The house fit our large extended family. Heated pool was great
Easy beach access.
Had one maintenance issue which the manager handled quickly.
The only real complaint is the roaches. It has a pretty significant infestation.

We appreciate your concerns. Unfortunately during your stay, the palm trees were being trimmed in Village Walk causing the roaches to come down from the trees. This isn't a regular occurrence and we apologize for you having to experience that. Our homes are sprayed for pests on a regular basis. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay aside from that issue and hope it doesn't deter you from coming in the future.

Location was beautiful and the toddlers loved the pool. Luggage stands, perhaps a dresser in the master bedroom, area rugs to catch the sand inside would hav made the stay nicer.Might want to check the garage door (ping pong table in front of)also

The residence we found to be exactly what the website pictures shows; clean, open space, comfortable beds,etc. Enough space where the kids and adults where not running into one another. Management was very responsive. Happy to consider that location once again should we have several guests (14) like we had this past time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The house was easy to find, the company emailed me the house code to get in and we did not have any problems the 5 days we were there. Just be aware they are strict on parking they have security that comes by and makes you move or puts tow stickers on your vehicle. The houses are almost touching each other so the parking is very tricky some of use had to park away from the house and walk.

After a few initial bumps in our family stay at VW26, a super responsive experience with Sandy got us back on track for a great holiday retreat, albeit with only half the family able to make it. With this being the first rental under new management, a few missing supplies was understandable, and every issue got addressed quickly and efficiently.
The rental unit was well furnished with plenty of room for family members to spread out into their own areas when needed although that rarely happened. Being adjacent to one of the two heated community pools made it perfect for enjoying time in the water, and close proximity to the beach and downtown Port A was great.
One recommendation would be to get a small metal shovel for emptying the fit pit and grill. Used a small plastic beach shovel in the garage this time.

We recently spent 9 days at Friday Life with our kids and extended family and couldn’t have had a better experience. The house was decorated to make you feel like you were in your own house (only much nicer). We loved the open floor plan downstairs and big table that fit everyone. The upstairs layout was also appreciated as the rooms were spacious and there are three bathrooms upstairs and two downstairs so everyone had their own space.
As we stayed over thanksgiving, we cooked a meal and were pleased to find the house had all kitchen amenities needed (& then some) for thanksgiving, breakfast, dinner, you name it! The refrigerator and freezer were huge which was awesome for our blended family’s groceries.
The outside landscape and back patio is beautiful and perfect location to enjoy morning coffee, a nighttime fire, and even some lizard hunting. As the yard is gated, the kids loved roaming around and we were never worried about them escaping.
This rental not only had all the in-house amenities you’d need, but they also go the extra mile to provide beach items such as chairs and toys which was a pleasant surprise.
The village walk community is truly special. Quiet but entertaining and close to many local attractions. We took many walks around the neighborhood and always found something new, fun, and beautiful.
We were right next to one of the pools which was very convenient for four small kids, and was never noisy at nighttime.
Any questions we had before and during our stay were promptly answered and New Wave staff were very helpful and kind. We loved our trip and will definitely be back to Friday Life again!
Registration and check in on app were convenient! Everything we requested was taken care of almost immediately. Unit was well supplied and there was more than enough room
