Situated in the picturesque Village Walk neighborhood, The Classy Crab Beach House is brand new to the rental market and is a perfect destination for your Gulf Coast vacation. This beach house is sure to inspire fun memories and jolly times for all who visit. This two story home offers 4 bedrooms and indoor and outdoor living spaces. Enjoy your coffee in the morning sun, read a book in the screened porch during the heat of the day. The world at The Classy Crab is your oyster! Once people find it - they aren't going to want to ever leave!
This large home has room for the whole family both inside and out. You can have large group time in the lovely common area where the living room and kitchen meet up. This kitchen has everything you need to stay in and cook, including an extra fridge with filtered water inside. When you feel like staying inside or need a break from the sun, you can enjoy the living room with some tv or board games! As you make your way past the living room you will find the master bedroom on the main level tucked in the quiet back corner. Heading upstairs you will find two bedrooms, one room has a queen bed with built in bunks for all loads of fun, and then following the hall back across the stairs you will find the 3rd bedroom with two more queen beds. The 4th bedroom with 2 queen beds is a suite with a separate entrance, kitchenette, bathroom and living area.
Outside the home, you can find yourself in one of the 12 outdoor chairs in just the perfect space for you!
When you step outside the white gate, you are just feet from one of two heated and cooled community pools! Enjoy the lush and beautiful walkways that Village Walk has to offer as you meander up and down them with your morning coffee in hand. The picnic table outside is a wonderful spot for a barbeque lunch. With the umbrella on the table, it is a perfect shady place to relax.
**4 minutes from miles and miles of Sandy Beaches for walking, biking, jogging, building sand castle, horseshoes, shelling, and the best sun bathing you can find. Also available nearby are beach rentals for surfing, sailboarding, jet skiing, and so many other ways to have fun . . . . . OR, just lay on the beach and relax!!
2 minutes from the local super market, Beach Access 1A and the new Arnold Palmer Golf Course

Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below:
1) The Classy Crab VW15 provides 5 paved parking spaces, 3 in the driveway and 2 in the garage, for 5 vehicles. Properly planning the correct number of vehicles prior to your departure will enhance your vacation experience.
2) Parking Tags will be provided by New Wave Vacation Rentals.
3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of VW 15. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways
4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk
5) Towing will be strictly enforced

Great house with plenty of room for 7 adults and 4 children. The separate suite was great for our older single son. It was a birthday surprise for him. Our grand kids really enjoyed how close the community pool was to the house location. The older adults enjoyed the location to Beach Access Road 1 and to the beach. Very easy to come and go from the beach with our beach buggie.

We truly enjoyed the home and location. We come to Port A annually and this is probably one of the top houses we have ever rented.

The property was great, however, the community pool needed a deep cleaning.

We are glad you loved the house - the Pool had a leak last week and had to be shut off for 24 days while waiting for a part. When that happened, the pool got off balance and took a few days to get corrected. It is all wonderful again! We hope to see you again soon!

We loved the home! It was clean, modern and in a great location. The neighborhood was quiet and felt secure. The home has a beautiful outdoor area which I wish we had more time to take advantage of. The only downside was on the first night we got locked out of the upstairs apt and were told someone couldn't come until the morning to unlock the room. That left us in a tough situation with having to rearrange sleeping quarters for 3 people. Plus all their clothes, medication, baby products, etc were locked up there until someone came by around 10am the next day. Apparently the door knob has a turn lock that got locked and could not be opened with the keypad. I would suggest removing that turn lock knob to prevent others from being locked out in the future. It was a major inconvenience.

We are so sorry about the locks, they have been fixed and all repaired. The on-call staff wasn't aware of the inability to get into the entire upper unit. We apologize for the misunderstanding! We are glad you enjoyed your time in Port A and hope to see you next time your in town!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at classy crab. It was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, extra blankets, etc. It was also the cleanest place we’ve rented so far! And only a few steps away from the pool. Overall I would recommend this home!

We are so glad we found the Classy Crab for our family vacation this year! The house was perfect for our group of 11. There was plenty of room and beds for everyone. We enjoyed spending time at the beach, relaxing in the pool, and playing games downstairs. The upstairs apartment was an oasis for the older adults when they needed time away and the ping pong and foosball tables were definitely a hit for the younger ones. Overall, it was an excellent vacation.
The property description was extremely accurate, and the house was very clean and well-maintained. Great customer service and would recommend to family and friends.
