Enjoy the pristine home at Mariners drive, with Gulf waves crashing in the distance. Close to radiant down town Port Aransas Texas, with 5 star rated Costal Cuisine, the longest stretch of beaches along the coast, and the greatest entertainment, your stay will be nothing short of amazing, without the hustle of the crowds!
The entrance to the home is gathered up a large staircase where you'll find the primary King bed with en-suite, secondary queen bed , and tertiary queen size bedrooms for you and guests to drop your things and forget what time it is. The home is equipped with an elevator accessing all three levels for your convenience to haul groceries from the Port Aransas Family Center, guests who need assistance, or suitcases for the trip.
The great outdoor space allows for lazy afternoons with your favorite author, large flat screen tv for the game or streaming your favorite sitcom, ample yardage for outdoor activities, and don't forget the space for your boat trailer or your favorite "Lampoon" relatives to bring an RV with the multiple driveways.
The four amazing balconies that encompass the home, you'll sure to witness breathtaking sunrises over the Gulf and sunsets over Corpus Christi bay.
Garages on the premises are not for rental use at this time.

Our family loved staying in this beautiful house. Huge house with at least 5 balconies with one large wrap around balcony. Rent a golf cart and the beach is a short fun ride away down the board walk!! The outside is well maintained and nice as well. A little issue with the elevator but two nice men showed up quickly to fix it! Great stay!!

We had a great time at our rental, 10 min walk from the beach. We rented two houses side by side for our big group and it worked out perfectly! If you are planning on cooking lots of meals I would bring an extra pot, pan and spatula. Other than that the house had everything we needed

What a great house. We rented Brucie’s Bungalow for the first time for a month this winter and really enjoyed our stay. We’ve been going to Port A for over 50 years, always in the Summer, but the Winter trip was a pleasant surprise. Except for the normal repair items you would expect staying in a house for a month, the house was perfect for our needs. The elevator is a huge bonus, the split level design gives everyone room to spread out, and the yard was very nice for our dog. Good location, short walk/cart ride to beach over private boardwalk. Felt like home away from home.

This home is amazing! You can see the ocean from the top floor. Balconies everywhere. Master has its own balcony, huge bath with jets and double shower. The home is gorgeous and the staff at New Wave was extremely accommodating. Separate AC on each level. 3rd floor AC stopped working and New Wave had it repaired in just a couple of hours, even after hours. This home is next door to my brother’s home so it was a perfect rental for both of our families to celebrate his birthday weekend! I highly recommend Brucie’s Bungalow and New Wave Rentals.

We enjoyed our stay at Brucies Bungalow.
This elegant beach home was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.
The beach was just a short walk across the boardwalk but we also rented golf carts from New Wave and they were conveniently waiting in the driveway upon our arrival and they picked them up when we left. Liked that we didn’t have to take time out of our vacation to worry about those details. Definitely would recommend this property and New Wave. The property management-New Wave was very accessible for questions and helpful when we needed and we appreciated that.
Looking forward to our next trip to Port Aransas.

first time staying in a fantastic rental had all we needed and more. the walk to the beach wasn't too far but we had a cart(thank you, Alison). my brother and my cousin and i have birthdays 2 days apart. had to take mom(84yrs young). she had a surprise, no stairs for her. bungalow had an elevator! thanks again new wave, we had a great & memorable time.

Out first time to visit this town for vacation, and I gotta say it won’t be out last! This property was well equipped for our family! Even had little things for having a baby in the house (baby gate, High chair & a pack & play
)! The property management company was super friendly & helped in every which way they could with any questions I had. Location was great not close to many other guest or homes but yet still close to the beach, walking distance at that! Rented a golf cart with New Wave also & it was well used and a great extra add on! Property was super neat & clean when we arrived and the stater items & gift Bucket they left was amazing!

My favorite vacation rental property by far! Location is excellent (easy to get to town but away from the crowds). House was very clean, outdoor screened in patio was a big hit, furnishings comfortable. Elevator a bit tricky, but we got the hang of it. Would definitely rent this home again.

Our group of 6, including a toddler and two seniors, thoroughly enjoyed Brucie's Bungalow.
The views and breeze are incredible!
We loved the location. Right next to Gulf Shores condos where we normally stay. We prefer to be a bit out of town bc the beach is quieter.
The elevator was a huge help. Loved the first floor half bath and outdoor shower. Rooms were clean and comfortable. All had TVs and ceiling fans. Even had a pack N play available for the toddler! The kitchen was fully stocked with the things you'd need to make to make meals. All the furnishings were very high end. Loved having two separate living room spaces as well as lots of outdoor porches to relax on.
We kept saying that we hope other visitors don't destroy the place since it's so nice of the owners to open up their very beautiful home. So behave yourselves!
The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes. The boardwalk is well taken care of. The beach access for vehicles is about 10 minutes away, but bc of the slow speed on the beach it's about 20 minutes back to the house area. Saw that a golf cart will fit on the boardwalk so that might be a good alternative if you can get a decent rate. Those things are pricey!
Noticed that a house is starting to be built a lot of two down so the view may be partially blocked at some point, but for now it's perfect.
Go enjoy Brucie's Bungalow. You won't regret it.

What a great family vacation destination. The property is located just far enough away from Port Aransas to make it convenient for shopping, dining and site seeing but also a great distance to keep the beaches more private. Port Aransas provides a small town experience with top notch dining options. Corpus Cristi is also just down the road. We would highly recommend the property to everyone looking for a relaxing, fun filled get away!

House was great. They thought of everything you would need when away from home. I really liked the quiet location with easy beach access. Close to all the action. There were several decks to catch the sun at any time of day. Fast internet. House looked new! Outdoor lower level space a definite plus. 5 smart TV's and even an elevator! Welcome basket a nice touch.

We had such a wonderful time and this home is AMZING! Loved the enclosed. Courtyard downstairs and all of the balconies.

The home is off the beaten path of Port A and is about 4-5 miles away from the downtown area. Nice home and clean. Beds were quite comfortable. The only downside was that we were there after a storm and the mosquitos were difficult. Property management rocks on this one as they went above and beyond just managing this asset.
