This Mariner's Drive home is in pristine condition and offers a quiet diversion from the crowds and traffic on Mustang Island, but is close enough to enjoy all the great beaches, restaurants and entertainment amenities! A short walk down the road is a private boardwalk that takes you straight to the gorgeous sand beach. This home is new to the rental market and with its quality it will be sure to rent very quickly!

The home offers great outdoor spaces, including an exterior open air room with a large sitting area and big screen tv for watching your favorite shows while listening to the ocean roll in. There is also ample space around the home to relax and play in the yard. The multiple driveways offer off street parking with room for trailers or campers.

When arriving at the home you are greeted by the large exterior staircase which takes you to the second level of the home where all three bedrooms and two bathrooms are offered. There are two queen bedrooms and one master suite with a full walk-in closet and private bathroom. Don't like the stairs? No problem, the home can be entered on the first level where there is a multi-person elevator that will get you to all levels of the home. This is a unique offering for the home and is great for people that cannot manage the stairways. The 3rd floor has an open concept with ample living space to relax or spend time with guests. There is an eat-in kitchen with full maple cabinetry and granite countertops. The large living room has multiple sitting areas and a wood fireplace. Walk out the door from the living room and experience the huge wrap around deck with views of the ocean as well as the bay side of the island. The third floor also has a large tv room with a full bar area and another full bathroom. There is also an exterior deck just outside the bar area for a relaxing drink while taking in the ocean view. The first level of the home offers a full laundry and a half bathroom for your convenience.

With the four amazing balconies that wrap this home you are sure to be able to watch amazing sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the bay every day of your visit. Please note that currently all garages are unavailable for rental use.

This home is amazing! You can see the ocean from the top floor. Balconies everywhere. Master has its own balcony, huge bath with jets and double shower. The home is gorgeous and the staff at New Wave was extremely accommodating. Separate AC on each level. 3rd floor AC stopped working and New Wave had it repaired in just a couple of hours, even after hours. This home is next door to my brother’s home so it was a perfect rental for both of our families to celebrate his birthday weekend! I highly recommend Brucie’s Bungalow and New Wave Rentals.

We enjoyed our stay at Brucies Bungalow.
This elegant beach home was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.
The beach was just a short walk across the boardwalk but we also rented golf carts from New Wave and they were conveniently waiting in the driveway upon our arrival and they picked them up when we left. Liked that we didn’t have to take time out of our vacation to worry about those details. Definitely would recommend this property and New Wave. The property management-New Wave was very accessible for questions and helpful when we needed and we appreciated that.
Looking forward to our next trip to Port Aransas.

Everything was exactly as described. Property was clean and conformable. We enjoyed the games and puzzles provided. The beach is a short walk across the boardwalk. We would definitely recommend and will look to stay here again!

first time staying in a fantastic rental had all we needed and more. the walk to the beach wasn't too far but we had a cart(thank you, Alison). my brother and my cousin and i have birthdays 2 days apart. had to take mom(84yrs young). she had a surprise, no stairs for her. bungalow had an elevator! thanks again new wave, we had a great & memorable time.

Out first time to visit this town for vacation, and I gotta say it won’t be out last! This property was well equipped for our family! Even had little things for having a baby in the house (baby gate, High chair & a pack & play
)! The property management company was super friendly & helped in every which way they could with any questions I had. Location was great not close to many other guest or homes but yet still close to the beach, walking distance at that! Rented a golf cart with New Wave also & it was well used and a great extra add on! Property was super neat & clean when we arrived and the stater items & gift Bucket they left was amazing!

My favorite vacation rental property by far! Location is excellent (easy to get to town but away from the crowds). House was very clean, outdoor screened in patio was a big hit, furnishings comfortable. Elevator a bit tricky, but we got the hang of it. Would definitely rent this home again.

Our group of 6, including a toddler and two seniors, thoroughly enjoyed Brucie's Bungalow.
The views and breeze are incredible!
We loved the location. Right next to Gulf Shores condos where we normally stay. We prefer to be a bit out of town bc the beach is quieter.
The elevator was a huge help. Loved the first floor half bath and outdoor shower. Rooms were clean and comfortable. All had TVs and ceiling fans. Even had a pack N play available for the toddler! The kitchen was fully stocked with the things you'd need to make to make meals. All the furnishings were very high end. Loved having two separate living room spaces as well as lots of outdoor porches to relax on.
We kept saying that we hope other visitors don't destroy the place since it's so nice of the owners to open up their very beautiful home. So behave yourselves!
The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes. The boardwalk is well taken care of. The beach access for vehicles is about 10 minutes away, but bc of the slow speed on the beach it's about 20 minutes back to the house area. Saw that a golf cart will fit on the boardwalk so that might be a good alternative if you can get a decent rate. Those things are pricey!
Noticed that a house is starting to be built a lot of two down so the view may be partially blocked at some point, but for now it's perfect.
Go enjoy Brucie's Bungalow. You won't regret it.

What a great family vacation destination. The property is located just far enough away from Port Aransas to make it convenient for shopping, dining and site seeing but also a great distance to keep the beaches more private. Port Aransas provides a small town experience with top notch dining options. Corpus Cristi is also just down the road. We would highly recommend the property to everyone looking for a relaxing, fun filled get away!

House was great. They thought of everything you would need when away from home. I really liked the quiet location with easy beach access. Close to all the action. There were several decks to catch the sun at any time of day. Fast internet. House looked new! Outdoor lower level space a definite plus. 5 smart TV's and even an elevator! Welcome basket a nice touch.
