This home has gorgeous views of the sand dunes and beach right from the living room making you feel like the world is yours. This home is just a short 5min drive to Port A and a 25 min drive into Corpus Christi. With a beach access road less than a mile away, its an easy drive to head to the waters edge and enjoy the day on the beach. When you enter this home you are welcomed by an open concept living space with kitchen and dining room all open to each other making hanging out with family and friends easy to enjoy! This living room has new automatic recliners making it easy to get comfortable to enjoy the gorgeous view or to watch some TV and relax.
This home is a 4 bedroom, all rooms are large and have spacious Queen or Kings beds. The bedrooms are jack and jill style with bathrooms connecting them together. The bathrooms have modern features such as black toilets and sinks, as well as gorgeous new showers. This home has its own washer and dryer for guests convenience as well as a special feature of a UV light in the A/C unit that kills viruses and bacteria in the air before it goes into the home, making this home even more clean and safe for all! Perfect location for a beautiful and clean beach house. This house was very relaxing for a family vacation. The scenery from the balcony is awesome and the house itself has everything you need. The beach access is right around the corner and Port A is only a few minutes away. I highly recommend it this beach house for the perfect family vacation getaway!

Beautiful and very clean. Everything we wanted, was within this beach house. Even tho it was a business trip, it felt as if we were on vacation. .... a lovely place. Will definitely rent it again on our next trip..

We took a boys trip to Port A for spring break and stayed here for the week. Was within a comfortable driving distance of just about everything you’d need; the beach, grocery stores, restaurants you name it! Great views with wonderful amenities. If you’re looking for a place to stay on Mustang island than this is a great option!

Had so much fun staying in this home, the view is fantastic and the drive to the most popular spot on the beach is less than 10 minutes which was super convenient. All of the bedrooms are very nice and the common space is very comfortable. Overall a great vacation.

Me and my friends stayed here for spring break. Very open space and beautiful view. Only thing I might recommend is curtains for the sliding doors. Other than that this is an amazing spot to vacation and enjoy the scenery.

If your looking for a relaxing, private vacation home this is it! The home itself is beautiful, cozy and well kept. Wonderful nights sleep. Netflix was great for the kids. Beautiful view during the day loved the oversized sliding glass doors in the living room and at night you can hear the sounds of the ocean very tranquil. The deck is great to hang out and have a drink along with down stairs. Plenty of room to entertain, bbq and kids can play. Not very many people around you so it made for a nice private stay&Close to mustang island. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home. Everything clean new and up to date. Very cozy. Beds are comfortable Netflix and games were great for the children. Loved the oversized sliding glass doors, provided a great view. You can hear the waves at night very tranquil. Down stairs area was perfect to hang out and bbq. Very private. Great location close to the beach. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend!!
