Situated in the luxurious Village Walk community, this 3BR/2.5BA home is the perfect coastal retreat for groups and large families. This two-story home sleeps up to 10 guests between the three bedrooms and two queen-size sleeper sofas.
As you enter the main level you quickly enjoy the natural light streams into the living room, creating a cheery ambience. Unwind on the large sectional couch and two chairs. Watch favorite shows on the 65” cable TV. Sleep soundly in the master bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed and 42” cable TV. The en-suite bathroom offers a walk-in shower and dual vanity. An additional half bath on the first floor provides added convenience. Whip up home-cooked meals in the kitchen, equipped with a full-suite of appliances. While dinner simmers, enjoy a crisp drink at the kitchen bar or sit outside in the Adirondack chairs. When you’re ready to back inside to eat, serve your tasty creations at the eight-person dining table beneath an elegant chandelier.
Featuring a unique split floor plan, accessed from the exterior stairs, the second floor boasts its own private mother-in-law suite with 2 bedrooms, 2nd living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa, two chairs, and 55” cable TV equipped with a DVD player as well as its own kitchenette with mini fridge and microwave! The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen-size bed and 46” cable TV. The third bedroom contains two twin-size beds and a 46” cable TV with a DVD player. The second bathroom is detailed with a tub/shower combination.
Please note this home has separate sleeping quarters between the 1st and 2nd floors which can be accessed by outdoor stairs. This layout is perfect for groups that want a bit more quiet and privacy!
Amenities at Village Walk include two heated/cooled pools inside a gated community.
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and assigned parking for two cars in the driveway, plus a golf cart parking area.
Your retreat is less than a mile from the beach. Spend fun-filled days swimming in the Gulf of Mexico or lounging on the sand.

Super cute decorations - we had everything we needed for our 4 day stay! Golf cart rental was easy and convenient too!

We loved everything about this property. Locations and amenities all good. We had to call the Property Management for internet / Wi-Fi issues and they were very helpful and made sure we got it all taken care of. This place is super cute! We loved the beachy decorations etc. Beds are comfortable, we had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. It was just as described online. The upstairs was perfect for our 18 yr old and her friends. We may book again this summer if we come back to Port A.

This house was absolutely amazing. The design of the house was very accommodating for our large family. We really liked that the two bedrooms and 2nd living area were separated by the outside entrance. The layout allowed for a lot of privacy and space for everyone. We also enjoyed having access to the neighborhood pool. We were originally supposed to stay at a different house in a different location, but got moved last minute due to maintenance issues. New Wave was very helpful with the last minute scramble and ensuring we had a place to stay. To make up for the inconvenience, they gave us a golf cart to use for free. Having the golf cart was very nice because the house is a pretty good distance from the beach.
