Casa Pura Vida is a beautiful new home completed in 2022 in the lovely Bella Vista North neighborhood that is located half-way between North Padre Island and Port Aransas. The beach is just over the dunes and you can hear the waves. There is ample space inside to spread out comfortably with all new furnishings. The upstairs is home to the main living area and 3 of the bedrooms. Front and back upper decks are available for guests use to enjoy a cup of coffee with the sunrise, the cool sea breeze with a glass of wine as each day comes to an end. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, and the other two upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom. Downstairs, hosts a bedroom with en-suite bathroom for those guests who would like a little more seclusion by having their own exterior private entrance. The outside space is designed for comfort and entertainment that includes a firepit. Although there is not direct beach access, it is only a quick drive to the beach access road - less than a mile. So easy!

Our family had the best time this week for our beach vacation at Casa Pura Vida beach house in Port Aransas! We highly recommend this beautiful beach property. We were so impressed with the beautiful home with all amenities and easy beach access surrounded by beautiful beach views. We loved the clean beach, we didn’t see any seaweed or fight off any jelly fish. The drive up & on beach accessibility’s were a huge plus for us. We visited several remarkable restaurants while in the area and also made a visit to the Texas State Aquarium it is the largest aquarium in Texas. Check out this great property if you plan on visiting a beach this summer!! You won’t be disappointed! The house is so beautiful and feels very much like home. Our family will definitely be back.

The best beach vacation ever, the easiest beach access I’ve ever experienced. Load up your beach gear drive right up to your preferred spot and instantly you are enjoying your day at the beach, no hassle pulling wagons or walking to the beach. The house is fully equipped with everything you would need, and the South breeze is constantly blowing as you set out on the balcony enjoying family time while enjoying the sound of ocean waves throughout your stay

Our family visited this awesome, super cute beach house for the week! The location is amazing!!! You are literally 5 mins from the lovely beach that is not heavily crowded. It’s the perfect location between Corpus Christi & Port Aransas… minutes from wonderful restaurants & grocery stores! The house felt so inviting and incredibly homey. We love the open area and the spacious kitchen, dining & wonderful sectional that fit all of our family with our blankets to have a family movie night each night. The porches were amazing to sit with our coffee or a night cap of wine in the evening! We would rate this beach house 10 stars if they had them!!! A must stay … we will be back!!!

We had a great vacation at casa pura vida. This house has plenty of room for large families especially those with children! The proximity to the beach is awesome and there was always a breeze on the deck. Access to a pool and convenient location to nearby towns makes this house hard to beat. Can’t wait to go back!!

Casa Pura Vida exceeded our expectations. Super comfortable beds, seating and roomy shower space. The open floor plan was great for our large family. Loved the spacious patio and nice grilling area. The pool and hot tub were conveniently located a few houses down. The drive to the beach was less than 5 minutes away! The best part was parking right on the beach and not having to lug gear! And even better was the owners had all the chairs and gear we needed. Easiest beach trip with kiddos! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back! If you want luxury and convenience- you have to stay at Casa Pura Vida!

Casa Pura Vida in Port Aransas is an absolute joy to stay in! From the moment we arrived, we were astonished by the spaciousness of the house. It was perfect for our large family, offering everyone plenty of room to stretch out, while still fostering a sense of togetherness. The kids absolutely adored the pool, which was incredibly well-maintained. And, the beach? Just a short, pleasant drive away. It's truly an ideal vacation home for a large family looking for a bit of beach fun and relaxation.

Our expectations were exceeded!! Everything about this house was excellent, from front to back. The views from the deck are spectacular and you could hear the waves. This was truly the ultimate staycation. If you’re looking for a place to get away to restore and recharge then this is exactly what you are looking for. The home was beautiful, light and inviting, exactly like the photos. Blue skies & family friendly beaches just a quick drive away, which was great as it was like he beach was all ours, perfect for small children. The home had all of the amenities and resources we needed to feel right at home. Perfectly located - we flew into Corpus and it was a short drive to the casa which was also conveniently located to Port A for shopping and restaurants. The host was super responsive and very helpful. If you’re thinking about renting this place absolutely do it!!

Our family stayed here over a holiday weekend. We knew we would be a little way away from the town of Port Aransas and weren't sure how that would work, but were we ever wonderfully surprised! This house is pristine, welcoming, fresh, and light, and just feels like a home away from home. We just loved that we felt like we had space - and driving through Port A seeing houses on top of more houses, that was very refreshing for us. The view off the front porch is of rolling sand dunes, birds, and even an occasional coyote, not your next door neighbor's bathroom. The outdoor fire pit was fantastic and there is little light to block the stars at night. But wow - the beach! We had driven through Port A and down the beach just to see the activity, and there was hardly a place to drive, it was so crowded. There was very little space even to stand in the surf, there were so many people. It was loud and music was blaring, and had we had any small children with us, we would have been very uncomfortable to let them explore because there were SO. MANY. PEOPLE! But then we took the short drive from the house to the access road, and we were on the beach within 5 minutes max. We simply could not believe the difference between the beach at Port A and the beach in front of Casa Pura Vida. We had all the space we wanted, children had a safe space to explore, we could play what music we wanted without competing with the next person over. We even set up a basketball court and played basketball throughout the day! At times it felt like we had the beach all to ourselves. We had the most enjoyable few days on that beach, and there was nothing better than coming home after a long day of play to go sit in the hot tub at the community pool, then grab a beer or a glass of wine and sit out on the porch and enjoy the sea breeze, and then to get some of the best sleep we have had in a long time! What a wonderful, magical, serene place Casa Pura Vida is. We WILL visit here again!

We just finished a weekend getaway over a busy Memorial Day weekend. We loved our stay at this amazing property for our quick getaway. My family had a great time staying here! It is very spacious and a great place to relax with family. We enjoyed the large porch and sitting by the fire. We also were able to bring our dog which was a huge plus! The house is extremely taken care of, and the owners make sure you have everything you would need (extra blankets, extra pillows, makeup removing towels, welcome snacks, etc.) We will definitely be coming back!

This home has everything you need and more! I love the location because a short drive to the beach access road gets you to an area of the beach that isn’t overflowing with people and traffic. After getting back from the beach a quick rinse in the outdoor shower and hot tub soak was perfect. Although restaurants are just a short 10 minute drive away, we opted for a hamburger night and s’mores by the fire pit. Hearing the sound of the waves just beyond the dunes while enjoying a glass of wine was the perfect end to our beach day. Many wonderful memories were made.

Casa Pura Vida is a large family's dream come true! The house is huge and accommodated all 12 of us comfortably. The pool was a big hit with the kids and adults alike; it was clean, safe, and just the right size. Being only a short drive from the beach made our days perfectly balanced between pool fun and beach activities. Casa Pura Vida has my highest recommendation for any large family looking for a fantastic vacation spot.

The house itself was lovely. However, the whole location was under construction. Next door we woke up to roofers each morning along with other homes being built. Hot tub was a hit with the kids. The ad says oceanfront/beach view however it is not ocean front nor does it have a view. This was specifically why we rented. Sadly, false advertisement for our spring break.

Property was fantasic. We enjoyed the hot tub a bunch since it was so chilly. We were so close to the beach (could hear the waves roaring) but could not see it or have access to it at all. So because of that we couldn't rent a golf cart but other than that it was a wonderful home. Had all the amenitites that you could want.

This is an awesome house and rental if you want to get away to Port A/the beach for the week. It is settled in a quiet neighborhood and the beach wasn't too crowded. It was truly a great time. It is also a pet friendly rental for a decent price and our pups had a blast. You can't go wrong choosing this rental.

Amazing place for a family visit to Port A! The whole property is set up for relaxing and spending time together. My family really enjoyed using the fire pit and hanging out on the porch right off the kitchen. We had two dogs (we were so excited that this place allowed pets) and the porch was a perfect place for us to have them outside after a bath. I would highly recommend this house for a multi-family trip because it has so much space. It’s also so easy to get to the beach! We went every day, which is obviously why you go to Port A, and it couldn’t have been easier!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home and would love to visit again in the future. New Wave is super accommodating and very helpful. We had everything we could’ve possibly needed. The property is furnished very nice. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio and the use of the community pool and hot tub. We like the idea of being able to transport everything to the beach and the entrance is so close. We especially enjoyed the family-friendly beach in the area much better than our previous stays near downtown Port Aransas. Highly recommend staying here. We can't wait to return.

Loved, loved, loved this place! My family and I had not had a vacation in some time now and were so excited to book this airbnb. The location of it is perfect since we are in the middle of everything. From the moment we parked we were all in awe of the home and as soon as we stepped into the home we all fell in love with it. The location is perfect. Far enough away from the traffic yet convenient to stores and restaurants. Sitting on the porch watching the waves roll onto the beach drinking my morning coffee starts my day. All 12 of us were comfortable and not crowded. Beautifully designed and decorated with all the amenities to make an enjoyable, memorable trip. The pool is my favorite swimming hole, and the bbq pit allowed me to cook my famous ribs. (pork not fish lol) If you want comfort, privacy and great accommodations, look no further.

I would highly recommend staying here! If you’re looking for a relaxing place that’s so close to the beach this is the house for you! Having visited Port Aransas multiple times, we loved the location and the privacy that the area of this home provided. We were close enough to Port Aransas and Corpus to go either way with ease. We especially loved the privacy and relaxation of the beach in this area. If you are a parent and looking for a calmer area for your children to have or you just want to enjoy the benefits of the beach without all of the crowds, this home, and this location can't be beat. Beach access is literally just down the road. The home is amazing. It is a new home, extremely clean and it is furnished with everything you can want or need on your beach trip. The layout of the home was excellent and allowed for privacy as we wanted. It stormed while we were there and we loved having the extra covered parking this home offers. We loved the covered porch up top to sit and have morning coffee or drinks in the evening. We loved the covered sitting area on the back porch and being able to use the grill and bar space. The owners have done a great job of using the space for extra living areas to relax and hear and feel the ocean breeze while sitting on the patio. Highly recommend staying and have found our new location for the trips to Port Aransas.
