Pelican Place

Gets the job done without any frills, nice beach access. Positive: In a private area, no traffic or noise around. Plenary of room for everyone and quick walk to the beach. Negative: The kitchenware was not up to the occasion, but still usable. Coffee machines, toaster oven and blender were good, oven was fine.

Host was very good. Pool was very small only allowed 15 people and my family had 11 so didn’t get to use that. A/C worked really well at night but stayed at 80 degrees during the day but most of the time was at the beach. Plenty enough room. House was nice but cleanliness was not that good there was food from the last people left behind the trash can, I cleaned it but had a bad smell.

It worked for what we needed.

Great location and quiet area. Pics need to be updated as the one picture shows there are three bunk beds and when we got there, there were only 2. This didn't effect us as we didn't have as many come on the trip as originally planned. I assume it would still sleep 12, but some would have to sleep in the living room to make that happen. Plates and dishes were dirty in the cupboard, but luckily we had brought our own disposable plates and utensils. The consensus amongst our group is we would stay here again.
