S.S. Minnow with Private Pool

Location was very convenient, host was fast to respond.

Updated property photos would really help on this place. No outdoor pizza oven as advertised. This was kinda disappointing considering we planned and packed food for this reason. Also no poles to tie the pools volleyball net to. Property also has a fire-ant problem, so be careful/advise with little kids. We couldn’t stay outside in the grass because we were getting bit. Another BIG reason why we chose to book this place was because of the yard, but couldn’t enjoy it as intended.

Pet friendly house a plus, pool was great ,boardwalk to beach wide enough for cart eas great,beds were comfy. As in photos and details regarding pizza oven THERE IS NO PIZZA OVEN. We had to use straps to keep downstairs bar fridge closed..doesnt seal. TV in that area was great ...when using washer upstairs it leaks water out the front seal onto floor so watch that. Needs TLC ..has a medium crockpot, blender ,coffee pot and Keurig ,lots of pots with lids ..bring kitchen trash bags u get 1 . Won't use this place again only.because the distance away from Port A (,which i was aware of) but will use New Wave vacation rentals again ..great communication with host etc

The house was really nice and clean. It's a great location near the beach – not too bad of a walk, but perfect if you rent a golf cart. We loved the pool. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We loved that it was pet-friendly. All the beds were comfy. Excellent master suite upstairs. I would have given this property five stars, but there were a few issues. There is no way to bring an ice chest or items to the back yard pool area without walking up the tall stairs into the house and back down the stairs to the back yard. There is a gate to the back yard, but it was locked. This was very inconvenient. In addition, the TV in the back yard did not work. Nor did the dishwasher in the kitchen. I informed the property manager about these issues. They generously offered to send over a tech to fix the dishwasher, but we declined and managed to wash our dishes by hand. If the TV and dishwasher worked, and if there was a way to get into the back yard without going through the house, I would have rated it 5/5. Although we had a few issues, the property manager – New Wave Vacation Rentals – was great to work with. The responded immediately to our concerns. I would not hesitate renting from them again.
