Barefoot Bungalow, 2 Heated Pools, gated community

My family has been staying in this home for 2 years now. There is no where else we'd want to stay. It is so bright, clean and comfortable for all 10 of us, with room for 2 more! The kids room is perfectly sized and placed, keeping all the "stomping" (if you know, you know) above the empty living space at night when the adults are ready to sleep! The kitchen is perfectly stocked with everything you need, and it's spacious for multiple "cooks"! The dining table and bar will seat 12 people with ample elbow space! We have enjoyed some great meals, card games and memories around that table! I don't worry about leaving my bed behind for 7 days because the beds are SO comfortable! The space also stays really cool in those hot summer months (my family complains I keep it too cold)! The pool is a 1 minute walk from our door! And the beach is a 5 min golf cart ride! I really cannot complain about anything in this home!! Thank you so much for providing such a well thought out space!!

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that we lost power on our 2nd day there for a few hours. Maintenance showed up in 15 minutes but then left. The property management company was very responsive when I called for an update and was told it was due to an AP (accounts payable I assume) issue. It was resolved quickly as soon as owner’s were reached but it was an inconvenience since we had to wait around and make sure it came back on before heading to the beach to make sure all our stuff in the fridge was okay. We were also not able to make breakfast that morning. Otherwise everything was wonderful and we would stay again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this home! It was clean, spacious, and comfortably accommodated our group of 12 without ever feeling crowded. The open kitchen, dining, and living area made it easy for everyone to gather together, and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The location was perfect. The community pool is just three houses away, and the beach is only about a 5-minute drive, making it easy to enjoy both throughout our stay. We also rented a golf cart through the property’s management company, and the service was outstanding. They delivered it directly to the house and picked it up after we left, making the entire process effortless. We especially appreciated the enclosed patio area which is great for your fur babies, giving them a safe place to enjoy the outdoors. Overall, this home offered incredible value for the price, and we would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, pet-friendly home that’s close to everything Port Aransas has to offer!

Everything was he great. But they need to upgrade on there pans and pots. Also the washers didn’t work very well. Other than that everything was great.
