Casa San Juan a Stylish New Home by the Coast

Property is beautiful, nice location, new well designed house. Super clean. My only recommendations would be more sitting options. With 4 bedroom (8 persons). The living room only had 5 sitting spots. Beautiful bar but no bar stools. 3 bar stools would have fit perfect... otherwise I love the place

While the property was clean and check-in was easy, our stay was defined by a significant lack of basic amenities, maintenance failures, and blatant listing inaccuracies.The house was not sufficiently stocked, but instead felt we were using leftovers from previous tenants.The listing advertised 4 bathrooms, but there are only 3. It also claims to sleep 12, which is unrealistic given the actual layout. Furthermore, both the Wi-Fi network name and password provided were incorrect.Structural Hazard: The patio railing wooden beams are coming loose, posing a serious safety risk.Broken Items: The recliner is broken, the dining table is unstable, a shower curtain collapsed, and the dishwasher rack is broken.Electrical Issues: Three ceiling fan remotes were synced to the same frequency; adjusting one turned on lights in other rooms, waking guests throughout the night.Poor Sleep: Beds were noisy and dipped significantly in the middle.For 7 people staying 3 days, we were only given one day of toilet paper and 3 trash bags. There was no hand soap (a major sanitary issue), only 4 glasses, no basic salt/pepper, and a non-functional dryer. Finding a large, empty detergent container felt like the house was never properly reset. With no patio furniture and a rusted grill, the outdoor space was unusable.Most, if not all, of these issues could have been prevented. We shouldn't have to spend quality time managing properly upkeep.

Beautiful home. Spacious. Perfect for our family trip. Close to the beach. We loved it!
