House was pretty and clean . But does not fit 12 people comfortable. We had to put 2 kids on the floors , the pull out couch didn't have any sheets, blankets or pillows to use . The fan in living room hardly works .The pool bleaches our swim suits and damaged our hair . My family wouldn't stay here again due to not enough room for big families. Over all it was decent .

Perfect Getaway
Everything was amazing at our property. Plenty of towels, kitchen needs, and SPACE. We loved the proximity to the beach and all other places we chose to cart to around town. The managing company was extremely helpful and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy the island.
