Beachin Good Time Ocean Views

Property exceeded our expectations. It's big and we had plenty of room to space out with our 7 person party. Usually properties are much smaller than the photos make it appear but this one was larger. There were tons of games and beach gear available for us to use. Pool and hot tub were smaller then expected but distance to beach was short. Beds were all very soft. There are a lot of stairs. If anyone has mobility issues, thats something to be aware of. There is an elevator available if needed. Because the house is so big, it did take some time to get cooler when we adjusted the a/c. There was only access to 1 side of the garage to pull in a vehicle but it worked out because our F150 was too big to fit anyways. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider it again.

This was our 2nd summer vacation at Beachin Good Time Ocean Views. We were delighted. It was perfect for 3 families, with 4 young kids. Clean, comfortable, well equipped. Port Aransas is a great beach town too. Everything needed is convenient and close. We would love to return. New Wave Rentals has great customer service.

This house is perfect for a large group - the 5 bedrooms are perfect for adults traveling with other family members. The kitchen is huge with two refrigerators and dishwashers. It was so nice to be able to cook easily for a crowd. We appreciated the dog friendly nature of the house as well. Our only caveat, and I did not ask this specific question, is that the elevator does not go down to ground level and there is no ramp in place for those 6 stairs. My elderly mother in law could manage the stairs with help, but a ramp would make that unnecessary. Perhaps one could be added in the garage to make the home fully stair free. The home was wonderful and well worth a stay for any large group - our elevator issue won’t apply to most people.

We had a wonderful stay at Beachin Good Times. The house is amazing and you can’t beat the location. The team at New Wave Rental is amazing to work with. I highly recommend this place. We would stay here again if in the area.
