The house was nice and clean. Couple of issues that we called in where resolved immediately. Great communication. The only unresolved issue was the trash. Both cans were full when we arrived and there were flies everywhere and the smell was terrible. We moved them to the road and left them there to get the smell away from the house. Just fyi, the second driveway needs some attention as it is very damaged. Maybe from the skidloader as they were doing a lot of work in the yard on the house next door.Otherwise we had a great time and it was a nice house. Very comfortable and the elevator was a nice extra to get the luggage and the groceries upstairs.

Host friendly answered all my texts, even at late hours. Family, friendly environment. Easy instructions at departure. And it really is a five minute walk to the beach. We had a great time thank you.

Was wonderful place and would definitely want to stay here again. Positive: The location was awesome! Had a boardwalk straight to the beach! Elevator was a lifesaver especially with 2 large coolers and numerous bags. The decks offered great scenery. Beds and pillows were so comfy. Negative: The thermostats are a little tricky finding. Only because it has Alarm on the box so we thought it was an alarm box but quickly figured it out.

This is our second time staying at Brucie's. The house is so great. So much room for everyone to spread out. Love the kitchen and dining for enjoying our home cooked meals each evening. The walk to the beach is short and sweet with the boardwalk at the end of the road. We really like working with the management, New Waves Vacation Rentals. Easy check in process and excellent communication. Look forward to our next adventure!
