Sun Of A Beach With Private Pool

Sun of a Beach was perfect! The location is incredible: so close to the beach and literally walking distance to Coffee Waves and breakfast tacos at Cancun Grill. Super close to the grocery store too. The property had everything you could possibly need- fully stocked kitchen, super comfy beds and furniture, fenced in yard for the pups, beach toys, and even baby stuff (high chair and pack and play). We had so much fun each day coming back from the beach, hosing everyone and everything down outside with the super convenient hose and sprayer (or outdoor shower in the back) and then spending the evenings in the pool swimming around and listening to music. The speakers were incredible! We absolutely can’t wait to come back… thank you New Wave for taking such care and pride in your property!!!

The kitchen was amazing ! Beautiful and clean home. I spent many hours in the pool. I wish I could have gotten the pool waterfall and jets to work .

This was our first time here but it won’t be our last. We had an amazing time. We had everything we needed and then some! The house was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed listening to music while hanging out in the pool. Fenced yard was great for our dog. If you plan to come to Port Aransas this is your place to call home!

My family and I stayed at Sun Of A Beach over the Easter weekend. It was an amazing stay. We lacked for nothing as the house is furnished with everything above and beyond for cooking, relaxing and playing. It was extremely clean, beautifully decorated inside and out, comfortable beds and the private pool spoiled us. New Wave was very informative and provided all the details and discount offers to make our check in/check out and stay a flawless experience.

This is our second stay at this house. It has now become our home away from home. The pool is great. Weather was a little cold most days for too long at the beach and the pool was a nice alternative for the kids (and adults). This place has everything you need and is very clean and modern. We will stay again here this summer. We are already homesick for this place and we just got home. Can’t say enough great things about this place.
