Sun Of A Beach With Private Pool

This house has everything you need, a stocked kitchen, a pool and many activities for kids of all ages. We hosted our family of 13 for Thanksgiving lunch and this house accommodated it well. This house is walkable to the beach and has a really nice yard if your bringing your dog.

We totally enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back-will recommend to family and friends.. Positive: Home was conveniently located, everything in the home was top notch.

Sun of a Beach was perfect! The location is incredible: so close to the beach and literally walking distance to Coffee Waves and breakfast tacos at Cancun Grill. Super close to the grocery store too. The property had everything you could possibly need- fully stocked kitchen, super comfy beds and furniture, fenced in yard for the pups, beach toys, and even baby stuff (high chair and pack and play). We had so much fun each day coming back from the beach, hosing everyone and everything down outside with the super convenient hose and sprayer (or outdoor shower in the back) and then spending the evenings in the pool swimming around and listening to music. The speakers were incredible! We absolutely can’t wait to come back… thank you New Wave for taking such care and pride in your property!!!

The kitchen was amazing ! Beautiful and clean home. I spent many hours in the pool. I wish I could have gotten the pool waterfall and jets to work .

This was our first time here but it won’t be our last. We had an amazing time. We had everything we needed and then some! The house was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed listening to music while hanging out in the pool. Fenced yard was great for our dog. If you plan to come to Port Aransas this is your place to call home!
